1935. Children from West End School celebrate the coronation of King George Vl

	The 2 pre-reformation bells from St. Helens Church being taken to be retuned. The 18th century bell was recast by Messrs. John Taylor and Co., Loughborough.  It is believed that one of these bells was made by John Potter of York between 1360 and 1380.	Cannon and Mrs Duckitt inspect the new bells	Pupils from West End inspect the bells .

Mr. Gill of Bins,Filton, and Haley,of Braley Leeds fitting the organ, which was dedicated by the Bishop of Pontefract on 28th October, 1951	Gloria Smith and Reg Wincer inspect the organ. ? and Mr. Speak The organ cost £650. to build	Inside church - A new alter frontal was presented in 1951 in memory of Dennis Williams a pupil of West End School who was killed in a road accident. The cloth was made at House of Mercy, Horbury.
